Cranberry Salsa

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 bag (12 oz.) fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp orange zest
- tortilla chips, optional
1. In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, orange juice and lime juice. Stir until sugar dissolves.
2. Remove from heat and stir in cranberries.
3. Cool mixture to room temperature. Stir in cilantro and orange zest.
4. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips if desired. Serves 8.
